Love!!! Use with the spray to go to bed at night and I feel my body relax and sleep better than I have in years!!!
I adore this product! I have always had a tough time falling asleep due to my busy brain finding lots of thoughts to ruminate on at night. This has so many vitamins that are beneficial to my body and the supplements that encourage sleep are so relaxing. They don’t knock me out, but when I settle down, I can relax much quicker. I also love that when I wake up I never feel groggy after using this. Because of the vitamins, I find this to be a must-have in my routine! I also find that I only need 7-8 pumps to be effective, but that may be due to the fact that I am 5’ and 105 pounds. But I suggest experimenting with the dose!
I’ve tried all kinds of supplements and OTC drugs and CBD and THC stuff. Some THC works, but I don’t always want to take that. And I don’t want to take prescription drugs. My partner suggested this to me and it does help to keep me more calm throughout the night and makes my brain quiet down. I definitely notice a difference on nights when I take this versus nights I do. When I don’t, I don’t have as deep of a sleep. Anyway, this stuff helps, give it a try.
I’ve taken a few different magnesium supplements and usually take them an hour before bed. 30 minutes after 8-10 pumps of the liposomal magnesium I can feel myself getting tired. Seems to work well.
This product is incredible. 12 pumps per dose that can easily be tapered up or down depending on your needs. Personally, 2 pumps work for me on nice restful days and 5-6 pumps work for stressful days. Melatonin has a very inconsistent dose content that I just can't fully trust. This sleep product has great ingredients from sources I trust!
