This supplement is the only one I order on a subscription basis from any company and the only one I have been consistently using for 3+ years. Although I take 15+ other supps, this is the only one I truly could not live without. Beats all other sleep formulas I've tried by a mile and the low dose of melatonin means I never wake up groggy. 10 stars.
I have 3 kids and am usually highly stressed. I don't have trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep is another story. I still wake up multiple times in the night even when I take this, but I find that at least half of the time, I'm able to fall back asleep without losing half the night to scrolling on my phone for hours. I'll take it! It's absolutely better than going to sleep with nothing. It helps for sure.
