Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the information below for both one-time orders and subscription products.

Your Legal Rights

  • You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • If you return your entire order within this period, we will also refund the original delivery charge (if charged). Return postage is not refunded.

One-Time Purchases

  • Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, opened, or broken-seal items cannot be returned.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing date.
  • You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting Customer Experience.
  • If an order is processed because you did not cancel in time, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds for processed subscription orders will be reduced by the value of any discount received on your previous order or may be subject to a handling/restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

What's Not Returnable?

  • Items not purchased from cymbiotika.co.uk.
  • Opened products or broken seals.
  • Orders outside of the 14-day cancellation period.
  • Opened shower filters and all clothing (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards – final sale, non-refundable.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Customer Experience within 14 days at sales@cymbiotika.co.uk or call 0121 809 7312.

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as a gift card if that is not possible).
  • We aim to process refunds within 5–10 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take longer.
