This is one of the best Magnesium sprays I've ever tried. Amazing results and great smell!
Love using this before bed on my feet and legs. My chest is a little sensitive so when I used it there it made me break out. But other than that I love it!
This is a wonderful product. I wish it came in a cream. You lose a lot of it when you spray.
I spray this on my feet before bed and I do think it helps with sleep. I like that it contains arnica. Just wish it was in a cream or oil form to reduce the messiness.
I wanted to try the topical magnesium to compare to the oral form I take. First off, it smells incredible. So calming to spray before going to bed. Second, I truly think nothing beats the magic of this spray on sore parts of the body/bringing you to rest!!
