this spray is amazing....I have used it on sore muscles, on my husbands neck and when I get restless legs at night...just spray rub it in and seriously the results are immediate....helps me sleep too....always have a bottle handy by my bedside....been using this spray for over a year, so Ive tried it and used it long enough to confirm that it works....

I've tried several magnesium oil sprays and this one is the best by far. It's soothing to my skin (unlike the others) and has become my bedtime ritual for a more peaceful sleep. I've noticed that it's especially helpful after a lot of physical activity and it alleviates restless legs. Definitely recommend!
