My body absorbs this right away whenever I use this.. and not only does it absorb it... it loves it!
This is my first purchase of a product like this so I don't have anything to compare it to but I've been using it at night to help with falling and staying asleep and so far I have seen a noticeable improvement. My only wish is that the lavender scent lasted longer - I'm usually pretty sensitive to scents and don't like anything that is too strong but it also helps with me falling asleep and this one is very very faint and doesn't seem to last long once the spray has dried.

This smells amazing and really helps me relax at night. It has been a part of my bedtime routine for the past 2 years. It’s helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
