I love that it’s in a glass jar with stainless steel dispenser. It’s full of minerals and I use it everyday with my coffee. I am having good and steady increase in energy.
I have been using Shilajit for about 2 weeks now in my coffee first thing in the morning. I actually didn't like the taste at first, but it has grown on me. After several days, I've noticed more energy and much less hunger! I am also the only one in my family who has avoided the current cold going around. I don't know if it is attributed to the Mineral Shilajit, but ... It's odd stuff. I will most probably stay on it and hopefully retain the positive results I am feeling. I do keep it in the refrigerator, as I read in a blog that was recommended.
Somehow makes me feel settled in my stomach after drinking it. Gives me good energy too. I gifted some to my mom too and she loves it. She has it in her morning coffee so she doesn't have to make an extra drink for herself.
