I’ve used this product as directed for a number of nights. It has a rather unique flavor but the ‘supplement’ taste is nicely disguised with a pleasing chocolatey flavor. I, have indeed, noticed a calming effect approximately 30 minutes after taking. While I’m not sure if I’m experiencing the benefits of the product or a placebo effect, I cannot be certain. That being said, I will continue taking this product but I don’t see myself subscribing for more.
