I love that it doesn’t make me feel groggy in the mornings! I usually take it an hour prior to bed time and I’ll start feeling sleepy 45 min later and I’ve been able to sleep throughout that night, and I’m not a Deep sleeper at all so this is a serious game changer.
This product is one of my favorites from Cymbiotika. It is super fast acting and long lasting, if I do the full 12 pumps I tend to be a little groggy in the morning so I typically use only half the suggested serving size and fall fast asleep. If you struggle with sleep and haven’t found a sleep aid that works for you, this is your new best friend.
