I’ve tried many supplements for sleep, and they either help me fall asleep, but I never stay asleep l, or they make me feel groggy in the morning. This helps me sleep through the night, and does not make me groggy. I love it so much that I have a subscription!
This has become one of my favorite Cymbiotika products. I really hope that Cymbiotika doesn't do away with the glass dispenser as they've been doing lately since I modulate my dose based on my sleep turnaround time. For me, a 1/3 dose is enough to give me a more restful night's sleep. If I've had a caffeinated drink late in the day or know I can sleep in, I'll do a 2/3 dose. So, if you're listening Cymbiotika, PLEASE DON'T PACKET-IZE THIS PRODUCT : ).
