I’m not sure how water can be more refreshing but adding these tablets daily feels like it just boosts what drinking water does for your body
I feel so hydrated and rejuvenated whenever I take one of these. Also it helps me absorb my vitamins much better. Such a clean and useful product, ordering these again asap!

I feel awake after drinking a tablet in my spring water. It also gives me a great feeling of hydration.
I wake up at 4am every morning and I start with this tablet in a full glass of room temperature water. It dissolves easily, but the taste is a little rough to get through. It's definitely metallic, but nothing that prevents me from continuing my routine. I notice if I have even the slightest headache upon waking, this helps tremendously without having to pop Excedrin, etc. I wouldn't say it give me a burst of energy, but have felt somewhat more awake at work. I'll keep using to see how it goes.
