This is a great addition to my daily supplement protocol. It does make a difference. The taste takes a little getting used to, but I now find it quite pleasant and it feels pretty good once you're drinking it. Very refreshing. It dissolves quickly, so don't drink it too slow, otherwise it won't be as effective. The price is comparable to others that I have seen and you get a whole month's worth. I don't take them every single day but I still find that this product is helping me with my overall wellness.
