It's the only creatine I've been able to tolerate
I’ve noticed a huge difference since taking this. Day 1 it improved my athletic performance (which was totally unexpected) and I feel like I’m building and maintaining muscle better than before. I’m cycling as directed (5 on 2 off) and not sure why the complaints are about the taste. Sure it’s not dessert but it’s more than palatable. 10/10 recommend!
