Add 1-5 drops to 8oz of water once a day for as long as needed.*

So far I take a few drops when I feel my immunity is compromised. There’s so many uses for it and with disinfecting. Great to have on hand.
This was a godsend when I received it right before getting sick recently. I believe this kept my sickness at bay and allowed me to recover more quickly. Very high quality.
Not your typical disinfectant / silver , must be extremely concentrated due to the care in which was required to help my son with Lyme and other co-infections. This is not a negative review - I have great reverence for this anti-bacterial brand after watching my adult sons change in symptoms very quickly. Started with 2 drops, then 4 drops daily to 8 and saw results in days. This was accompanied by a very long list of anti-inflammatories and I recommend applying what I'm saying to your situation, even if Lyme, without a Lyme literate dr. on board.
I swear by this stuff anytime I travel or feel like I’m starting to get sick. Kicks me right back into shape! You only need a drop so it lasts longer than you would think.
