I feel I do get sleepy with this but it is more powerful when I take magnesium glycine with it. I have tried both separately and I feel that they work well together
This product is great! It doesn’t leave the groggy feeling that you get when taking melatonin. I love using this product while traveling to ensure I get great sleep wherever I’m at. The taste takes a bit to get used to but the product quality overrides the flavor for me!
It really helps to “quiet” the brain and get a restful night’s sleep without waking up groggy. We love it so much, we have recommended to family and friends who now love it too.
