My girl loves this stuff and said she can’t go without it. We must have 2 bottles at all times so she doesn’t run out lol
Has been a game changer for my deep sleep as well as being able to stay asleep! I used to wake up 3-4 times a night, but now only wake up once if any! I only use 7 pumps and the recommended is 12 pumps, so maybe if I increased the benefits would be even greater! Also tastes so delicious, I look forward to taking this nightly(:
Truly love this stuff and so does my husband. We each have one and we keep back ups and one for his travel bag at any given time. It allows you to drift naturally off to sleep but without that weird drowsy feeling when you wake up that traditional melatonin can sometimes give. We won’t use anything else now!
