Directions
Apply balm liberally and gently massage over the affected area.

I haven's had the product [grease] very long. However, I have used it, and it does give me a cooling relief. I will continue to use it to see if further relief can be obtained. I have knee, and lower back pain. I'm a work in progress. :)

I’m not one to often write reviews for products. I was looking for a pain relief option better than “over the counter” options. I have a compressed disc in my upper neck - doesn’t require surgery, but needs help from a chiropractor along with stretching exercises to alleviate discomfort. I found Cymbiotika online and their Ultimate Pain Balm. I am thoroughly impressed at how effective it’s been for me. I’m usually very sore before bedtime, so I apply the balm on the sides of my neck and upper back area. The pain subsides soon after and gives me relief throughout the night. I highly recommend this product.
