I always get weary and nervous to try sleep products, but I’ve been desperate lately and decided to try Liposomal Sleep! It gets me ready for bed and relaxes my whole body, RLS (restless leg syndrome), and puts me in a nice relaxed sleep state. I have been trying everything. Literally. I use a CPAP, noise machine, hormone therapy, CBT-I and have tried soooo many other soutions. I was still waking in the middle of the night and having spiraling thoughts. Once I added the Liposomal Sleep, I was immediately sleeping through the night and getting at least 30 minutes more sleep total. Finally bumped me over the 7 hour mark. I know I will probably have. a tolerance buildup to the melatonin since that has happened to me in the past, but hoping the other ingredients pull their weight. So far, stellar!
