I used to take another brand that required dissolving it in water to drink it so it was not easy but with this one it’s awesome that you can just drink it straight from the packet! It’s cool to take it on the go too. The flavor it’s so intense it reminds me of a vitamin I used to take as a kid and I love it! btw I never get sick!
