This can get a little messy, but it's very good for you. Highly recommend!
After looking at some other reviews fro shilajit products many said the taste could be somewhat off-putting. What I found this this one is while it has some earthy tones to it, still does not overpower the taste of the tea or coffee I have been putting it in. Pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

The packaging along with the surgical steel spoon is high quality and nice. I really enjoyed the Shilajit in the pouch with the cacao hazelnut flavor so decided to try the original form.
The taste of this pure shilajit is honestly not good, but if you dissolve it in coffee or another beverage, it will be fine. I do like that with this version, I can ingest less sugar than the other one when I want an energy boost with minerals.
This truly is the best form of Shilajit to take so do yourself a great favor! I put it in my coffee every morning and will do so forever and ever.
