When i initially bought the metabolic health, i loved the product but on an empty stomach or if i drank caffeine i would have adverse effects like a ton of nausea and vomiting. Bought it a second time because i saw the formula was improved, tried it before a meal and with a meal and works perfectly without all the nausea. I will say the original formula had MORE appetite suppressing qualities, but this one does the job and I’m not barfing. 10/10 for the formula improvement.
Also ive tried a BUNCH of appetite suppressant supplements and this one is by far the best.

I lost about 4 pounds by only taking these pills. I didn't do any exercise, it makes you full so sometimes I will skip dinner occasionally though.
I like this product because it doesn’t feel like a stimulant but it only decreases my appetite sometimes. Not sure why….
