    Amazing product

    i like it!

    I like this product and I think it helps with my sleep. I use it right before stretching for the night and nightly lymphatic massage. I don't know how long it will last me because the instructions say to use 15-20 sprays. My bottle also came a little crushed in the mail and leaks a little bit but it's not a huge issue and is fine otherwise.

    Magnesium oil spray

    The magnesium spray I use it at night, it works well after working. a 12 hour shift, it relieves muscle sorness and it allows me to have a better night rest.
