I rub this magnesium/lavender spray on my legs and torso before bed. Probably 15 or so sprays total. It helps me relax my mind and body, and within minutes I've dozed off. Not a lot of tossing and turning like before.
This magnesium spray has been a staple in my routine for quite some time now. I drive for a living and spend 8 to 10 hours a day sitting down. Of course this tends to leaves my feet and legs with discomfort and even some pain. I also deal with some plantar fascitiis. When I apply this spray it takes the edge off what im feeling in less than 5 minutes. I apply a generous amount on my feet and legs, a little bit at a time so that it doesn't run off. After gently rubbing in for a few seconds then its already getting absorbed into my skin. Then I continue to apply as needed. The smell is great and the formula has other healing ingredients that I feel make a huge difference such as the dragons blood extract. I would highly recommend for muscle and tendon soreness or pain.
