This magnesium spray is amazing! So easy to apply often and I don’t have the itching in the skin that it typically feel with other topical magnesium. I love that it also has DMSO for better efficacy. The glass bottle is another huge plus! Nothing compares to this IMO!
The first night I tried this, I fell asleep the whole night without waking up. I sprayed it on my chest, stomach, and bottoms of my feet (I read to do this somewhere on a cymbiotika thread). I use it every night right before I go to sleep. This is now a must do for my bedtime routine. I recommend it to anyone struggling with sleep and relaxation.
I have been seeing ads for this great product that helps with winding down for bed! I love adding this magnesium spray to my bedtime routine. the gentle smell is lovely and not super strong- I spray this on my chest, back of my knees, and feet- excited to try more Cymbotika products!
