I really like this product. I like the taste and makes it easier to have it.
I use the charcoal supplement before I go in my infrared sauna. Love it. Quick and easy. Simple to travel with.
We all do things that aren't healthy at times. I feel like this help with detoxification when I go overboard with too much of some things.
I think it helps remove toxins, I can feel a difference!
