This will be my first time trying the creatine. I am going to so 5 days on 2 days off to see what it's really like. I hope it improves my post workout quality.
I turned 65 and recently added creatine to protect my aging muscle structure. This is the most convenient creatine supplement ....easy to take and easy to transport anywhere at anytime for any reason.

This product makes me feel great. The taste is not that pleasing but that is secondary to how it makes me feel at the gym and overall goodness
