Add 1-5 drops to 8oz of water once a day for as long as needed.*
For compromised immune systems and times of illness: take 3-5 drops in a glass of water once a day for as long as needed.
Sinus rinse: Add 1 drop to a glass of warm water and flush the sinus using a Neti Pot or your preferred nasal irrigation device.
Cough or lung infections: Add 2-5 drops to distilled water in an air humidifier and diffuse while sleeping.
Sore throat: Add 1 drop to 8oz of warm water with 1tbsp of Celtic sea salt and gargle.

This is a necessity in our household for all of us… I have a toddler and an immune compromised husband and we have managed to avoid all the flu’s going around this winter. I thank this product!

It’s a great addition to my overall Cymbiotika line-up, and I have been feeling great this winter.
This is our go to product when we are traveling, around large groups of people, or feel a cold or sickness coming on. We used this daily during covid and stayed healthy w/o getting vaccinated. Since then every family member has one on hand at all times. I have even gifted this to friends for birthday and Christmas.
