My stomach stabilized immediately after taking the probiotic. I am no longer bloated and react much less to gluten and dairy products
Best Pro and Prebiotic I have taken. I have been taking this for almost a year now and love. Before taking I felt bogged down, heavy, bloated, all the things. I will say that consistency is key for many things and this is no exception. Take daily, drink lots of water and you will feel amazing. Also help me clear my skin issues.
