I take the activated charcoal on the ‘morning’s after’ going out and indulging in several drinks. I typically wake up early (i.e. my cats decide to wake me up early) and take a packet before going back to bed. The lemon cream flavor is delicious, and I wake up feeling good! I also take these daily when on vacation, and plan on taking these daily post-vacation to do a proper detox/reset.
I have been taking this supplement for a few years now and it works wonders for digestion! I take this packet an hour after eating and feel less bloated.
I take this if I feel bloated or going a cleanse. I feel lighter and brighter
I don't take this everyday, only when drinking or having a lot of sugar/processed foods like for vacation. It definitely isn't like a night and day different taking it before drinking or not, I don't feel a huge difference but I could be taking it at the wrong time! I see a difference in bloating and digestion though
