I purchased the Activated Charcoal after completing a week on antibiotics for a skin infection. I have been taking Cymbiotika’s probiotic consistently for months and continued to take it 2 hours before the antibiotic. I attribute not feeling any side effects of the antibiotic due to the probiotic and super greens. After the course of antibiotics was complete, I knew I wanted to assist my body in getting rid of any residual pharmaceuticals and decided to try the activated charcoal. I have noticed since taking it 6 days on and 1 day off, I feel lighter and leaner in my being. I adhere to a whole food vegan lifestyle and I have noticed feeling much more satiated during my meals, thus eating less. I believe the charcoal is directly correlated with this.
