I know everyone talks about loading and all that but I swear even taking this once it improves my workout stamina so much. Also I know it has all the cognitive benefits too. But when it comes to putting on noticeable muscles this is the one. I feel like all of it my body is able to use. I'm also 90% vegan occasionally I incorporate some raw goat cheese and an egg here and there. Between this and taking extra aminos it can really change body composition drastically.
I’ve been using a powdered form of cteatine for the past year and I was happy with the results, but since trying this liposomal form of it, I’ve been experiencing much more endurance.
