I’ve only used this for a month so I’m not quite sure yet, I wish it required less than 3 capsules. I do however have less cravings
I have been taking Metabolic Health for 3.5 weeks now and I am so happy with it. Definitely is curbing my hunger and cravings. As with all my Cymbiotika products, I am glad to see results.

I have been trying to reduce my serving sizes and portion control my meals better this year. I usually take this before my breakfast and I have noticed feeling more full all day and that I can eat smaller meals throughout the day and not pig-out after work! I also noticed I no longer crave snacks throughout the day. I am noticing small changes in my bloating and bowel movements as well.
I am very active and eat very healthy, counting macros and it has been difficult for me to shed the last couple of pounds and this helped get me there! Very happy and pleased with this product. It works and doesn’t make you feel jittery or upset my stomach like other metabolic or “burner” products. Will definitely be repurchasing. I started with 2 mid-day to start for a few days (sensitive stomach), that was fine and then upped it to three now. I haven't noticed a difference between taking 2 vs 3.
