I personally feel it’s helping me improve my stamina.
The taste is amazing, but regarding the long term results it is too early to say anything. I just feel energized and don't feel any side effects like stomach reflux or anything. Knowing the benefits of mushrooms I will continue to take it for a long while.
I switched my daily lion’s mane dose to this because I wanted a more complete supplement for cognitive function. I’m liking it so far and it tastes like a treat.
