I only ordered 1 bottle to try it out. I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks 30 min before dinner although sometimes it’s only like 5-10 min before. I think my appetite is less during the day but I still get hungry by dinner time. Still lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks without working out. I’m eating better but not necessarily watching my calories. That’s good enough for me to order another bottle and if I’m still seeing results then I’ll switch to a subscription
I have been taking the Metabolic Health for about 3 weeks now and all I can say is WOW. I originally ordered this to help stabilize my blood sugar levels as I discovered I am high insulin resistant, my expectations were not high but I am blown away at how much this product has actually helped me. My cravings are less often/not as severe as they were, it has decreased my appetite where I do not feel like I am over eating, and it has helped me lose about 10 extra stubborn pounds (along with a healthy diet, exercise etc.) but I have always had a hard time shedding weight, and I truly feel as if the Metabolic Health has helped get me past this hump I have been stuck in.
