I'm typically a person who has a difficult time going to sleep, but ever since I started taking this before bed, I've been able to fall asleep easier. I also seem to have a higher quality of sleep than I did before. It has helped me feel more rested the next morning.

I put a pouch into morning coffee. It's an easy way to get magnesium.
I was a bit cynical about this product actually working as I wanted to use It to help improve my sleep and also for it to potentially help with my chronic migraines. After taking it for about a week consistently, I've noticed my sleep comes so easily to me now whereas before I would have a very hard time falling asleep. I have also noticed that my migraines are not as strong as they usually are, maybe it's placebo affect maybe not, but I do love this supplement now and will continue to keep taking it
I give half a pouch daily to my child in a little orange juice, and he drinks it right down. He loves it! Very good ingredients and I would definitely recommend.
