I've been using Creatine with my workout regimen for the past 2 month now. Even got my boyfriend and another friend on it. I love the ease and accessibility of the pouch. Makes it so easy to take with me on the go and don't need to add anything additional to consume it if I don't want to. I also really love the bioavailability of the Creatine. Definitely notice a difference compared to other brands that are only in powder form. I do wish there was just an unflavored version. The rasberry flavor is really overpowering and overly sweet. Makes it hard to consume on it's own.
