I can really feel a difference when I take this versus when I don't. These products are expensive but the quality is fantastic!
I have the MTHFR genetic mutation so need methylated b12 and folate. I love how clean the ingredients are and how great it tastes. I notice a difference when I miss several days in a row. My anxiety is higher without it.
Only feedback would be to reduce the carbs (I also have insulin resistance).
