I was a bit cynical about this product actually working as I wanted to use It to help improve my sleep and also for it to potentially help with my chronic migraines. After taking it for about a week consistently, I've noticed my sleep comes so easily to me now whereas before I would have a very hard time falling asleep. I have also noticed that my migraines are not as strong as they usually are, maybe it's placebo affect maybe not, but I do love this supplement now and will continue to keep taking it
I give half a pouch daily to my child in a little orange juice, and he drinks it right down. He loves it! Very good ingredients and I would definitely recommend.
Taking this makes a significant difference. My period pain is minimal and I have better sleep throughout the week. I add it to my Matcha with coconut creamer, oat milk, and local honey. A gem!
I love these little packets! The vanilla cream tastes delicious and mixes well into coffee, matcha, or drizzled onto oatmeal (my personal favorite). My only complaint is the packaging. The shape makes it hard to get everything out and I personally don't like drinking the liposomal straight from the packaging. I wish you offered this as a bottle in the same way you offer B12!
I highly recommend this supplement . It takes good (vanilla flavour) and it really works/helps my brain and body. I like mixing it with water every morning in a 16oz glass. I had back pain before I started taking this and after a few days the pain fully subsided. It works by strengthening the nervous system.
