Top tier supplement honestly. One of the best they have. Very excited to try the new one.
This is a short review based on the flavor and style of this vitamin. Short answer: I love the goo! It tastes great and is a fun way to take a vitamin. As to the effects, I have not been on them consistently long enough to make a review on their effects. I truly believe the other reviews are legit and my cognitive awareness seems sharper (something I struggle with of late). I didn't even have to look up the benefits of Golden Mind to remember it helps with cognitive function (believe me...that's huge). I'll continue to buy when I can!
Easy to use and tastes yummy! I will always take this.
I have been taking this for a long time (maybe 1 - 2 years) and I feel like I notice a difference when I don't take it. I can't say it's a huge difference, but I do feel like my brain is a bit less foggy when I take it. It's so simple to take and tastes great. Would be a great addition if you're looking for a clearer head, especially for those of us in perimenopause!
