It's unclear how much this is helping because I'm doing other things alongside it. I don't notice a drastic difference in fat reduction, but I've only been taking it for a month, I'm not always consistent, and I'm using intermittent fasting in conjunction.
Love the smell of these and so far feeling energized and helps with proper digestion.
This has begun a non negotiable in my supplements. Smells like chocolate! I’m feeling less bloated and no upset stomach
This worked for me the first time I took it.
I felt fuller faster. I did have a slight tummy ache the next morning. Not sure though if it was from taking this. Hopefully this helps me
with my weight loss.
Very effective- I’m snacking a lot less during the day (normally get hungry around 3pm) and am eating smaller meals.
