Add 1-5 drops to 8oz of water once a day for as long as needed.*
For compromised immune systems and times of illness: take 3-5 drops in a glass of water once a day for as long as needed.
Sinus rinse: Add 1 drop to a glass of warm water and flush the sinus using a Neti Pot or your preferred nasal irrigation device.

I absolutely love this product. As a holistic nutritionist I take this if I feel a cold or flu starting and it stops it in its tracks.
This little bottle is pricey, but it is the perfect magic potion for travel…I take 4 drops a day when traveling or when I feel like I’m coming down with something and it helps me avoid getting sick
