I haven’t had the full month to experience all the great benefits. I don’t like that I have to take it 20 min before but when I have taken it on time, it has really helped with the bloating.

This supplement is great!
I like that’s is all natural. I just need to take to take it more often. Other than that , I need more time to evaluate.
I’ve been using these for about two weeks and have had no issues from a sensitivity-standpoint. Doesn’t make my stomach upset and I’m confident in the brand’s formulation that it will work to regulate my blood sugar before meals. Couldn’t give 5 stars as I haven’t had noticeable “improvements” but trust it is doing what it says it will.
