As the leaves begin to change colors and the air turns crisper, it's the perfect time to set the stage with some internal work to welcome in the next season of our lives.

How to reset your intentions

When learning how to reset your intention, it’s important to understand the process:

Stage 1: Evaluate 
Start by taking inventory of your life. What do you love, and what do you want to change? What do you want to keep, and what do you want to get rid of?
Stage 2: Plan 
Look at where you are now and where you want to be Remember, you don’t need to be perfect–you just need to start.
Stage 3: Create 
Create a plan. This can be done by breaking your tasks down into daily actions. 
Stage 4: Execute 
Create small goals and milestones for yourself, and celebrate all of them. Remember, consistency is your best friend during this time. Keep your routines simple so you can go through them without feeling overwhelmed.
